Can someone inform me about this? It is similar to Planet Zoo, but is it basically a game involving sea animals?

or is he just talking about this game? but the developers of this game are Astragon. It is also a game that came out before the trademark registration.

I'd suggest not buying this.

Frontier only registered the trade mark it looks like.
The status on another site says:

686 - Published For Opposition

Which I suppose is the same as opening up the trade mark name for others to use (for a fee)?
So maybe Astragon bought the Trademark name for usage on their game?
