Hi! I'm new in this game, and I saw there's no water park expansions til the moment, but i've seen many youtube videos where people show waterslides.

Are there any tutorials about how to do them?

Not sure about tutorials, but it's either basic shapes or possibly Thememaker Toolkit creations.

and can I download any content or I have to create it myself? If I could, where can I download it directly to the game? Thanks.

If you search “Water slide” and/or something similar, on Steam some workshop items will show up. The videos BreezerHog mentioned are definitely some of the best.
