This has been requested before and I'll request it again: a canoe/kayak ride. This not only would look awsome but also be practical for mostly water enclosures. And if automatic gates for watercraft were added guests could ride one long river ride that included multipule enclosures.

I would love some sort of water-based viewing attraction. Whether it's like the Jungle Cruise at Disneyland or like what you said it would be great. Although, I believe they would need to add in deeper water for that. Perhaps this would also allow the Spinosaurids to swim?

Yes. Deep water would be great. Imagine a whole pack of spinoraptors swimming in a water feature. If this is added it should come with more Spinosaurids.

Althought a jungle cruise would be ideal i think the kayak ride would work well with the regular water tools that we have. Even if they add a deep water tool it would be cool to have both and let kayaks be able to traverse deep/shallow waters.

Deep water could be used to make an inescapable enclosure (for a non-Spinosaurid) which wouldn't be fair. So perhaps a ranger jeep would not be able to travel through deep water (so a dino on a deep water island would starve). This could allow a t.rex to live with a triceratops (if deep water divided them and they each had a gate). Sound good?

But then where’s the already implemented challenge for your mission required dinosaurs who will become and must remain “aggravated” and rampage anyway? This game is meant to have that Jurassic Park authentic feel.

P.S., I think the water in the game is already deep enough for a kayak ride. It’s not like a kayak has a very deep bottom like a boat that it would need much more bottom space.

Well the thing about "deep water" or even the case with "cliffs" is that if you used them as an alternative to fences you would still need an entrance for rangers to get into the area for food resupply and such in which case they would still be able to breakout like in the game. sabotage would still open the gates as well so it doesnt ruin the gameplay even though i dont think the sole focus of this games gameplay should be dino breakouts. the more we can steer away from that and replace it with other game play elements the better.
