Water & Scenery

We have seen so far, that (most) fences and (of course) terrain works as barrier for water.
So we can build some type of "aquariums" or underwater viewing areas, lakes, ...

My question: How does scenery - walls, roofs or something similar - interact with water?
Can we build for example a pool with wall pieces?

You definately could lower the terrain and build walls around it to create water. But on flat terrain I really don't think the game recognizes piece by piece walls as closed walls. I could be wrong, of course.

Not sure what you are trying to say?

But Rudi was so kind to answer the question in one of the streams. So if anyone else is interested, scenery does not block water, only fences work.
To add onto that as well, it was stated in a stream that chain link fences can't contain water, so they made this to work for solid fences only. :) (some people were wondering somewhere if it might've been a glitch or an actual feature.)
