Kinect: Disneyland Adventures Water squirter and megaphone glitch?

Hi i am 83% done with the game and I am in the middle of collecting all the secrets when I realized that there are a few flowers, trees, and a horse stand that are still showing i haven't did them! When I do it again leave and come back they pop back up like i haven't collected them and I believe they are not counting and messing up me getting 100% secrets because i started following the guide and started to do everything over to be sure and I can't figure out what else im missing besides the ones that are showing up please help!
