well i just found http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=486322958 this planet and was wondering if i understand it right it has no water ?

It's got enough liquid water to support carbon-water based life so it has some water. Water is not one of the three most abundant components of the atmosphere and there's not enough of it on the surface to form visibly blue oceans from space - although that could also be down to the atmosphere masking it.
It definitely does have water though - it is a water world after all. Just not visibly obvious water.

I found a water world with a surface temperature of over 100 Celsius. More like steam world? It had an ice cap though.
At 26 thousand atmospheres the melting point of water is incredibly hot.
(also that's a surface temperature, the ice planet designation is based on planet composition - the pressure under the surface will be even higher and it can be mostly ice despite being hot, similar to how earth has a solid iron inner core which is hotter than the molten iron outer core around it because the pressure increases)

Surface temp 289k .. that's 15.85c As compared to earths 16c average. Spot on for liquid water really.
Perhaps there's just a lot of mud in those oceans,or a brown variety of algae?
