Newcomer / Intro Way Out There....

I was messing around and I am out in WREGOE ZR-1 C23-18, there is nothing out here but another ship shows up once in a while while I am fuel scooping. Are the Devs going to make a ship available to us someday that can jump like a few hundred Ly's at once. I see there are systems out for Thousands of light years away but my Type 6 will not make it. I have 36 Rares stored on it right now. if I could find a station out here I would be in the credit's lol.
This game gets better and better the more time I spend with it, even though I really don't know much about things yet.

You can make loads on rares once you are 100ly away ,easy in a type 6 with an upgraded fsd and scoop

I doubt there will be a ship available that could make a jump of hundred of light years, but I would not rule out some sort of fast transit system between two fixed points a good distance apart in a couple of expansions time.

I hope not. Might be old school, but when I want to travel 1000ly,i want it to feel like 1000ly. Its not hard, and it can be very interesting

I agree the journey is the fun but when I clicked on things that are 5,000+ or even 1000 Ly away and I get the red not possible to go there because the jump distances on the way there are not possible...well that not the fun part....
I currently have an uprated FSD and Fuel Scoop i am jumping around 22Ly at a time.
