Way to see which minor system is major faction aligned within BB system?

I know I can change screens to view my status panel, scroll down and see the major faction icon next to the listed minor factions in any given system in order to know which ones are aligned with the major faction - and hence which missions to take to build rank/rep with that major faction.

But maybe I am missing something obvious as still new to lots of the game - is there a convenient way to know while I'm already in the Bulletin Board system? (the extra switching back and forth isn't that huge a deal, but it is extra time and UI manipulation I'd like to avoid if I can)

I see on the BB board obviously the name of the minor party - so if I memorized or remembered which minor faction is aligned to major, sure I could just use the name listed to pick - but I would have thought there would be an icon here as well, or something indicating which alignment but I can't seem to see one.

The BB stays open, you just flick back and forth, it takes a couple of seconds. Or jot it down? Do you have a second monitor? Take a screenshot and open it on the second monitor.

Nope but it would be incredibly handy, only way at the moment is doing it like you are already and memorizing, or if like me with an incredibly bad memory, keep switching back and forward every couple of minutes to remind myself Only one you can see on the BB panel is the stations controlling faction.

I know BB stays open, and all valid means you described - it's kinda what I'm doing now. Was just hoping for a more efficient method as it seems since the game already has implemented the icon flagging system (in the status pane), it would be easy to hook that same function into the BB and icon flag there as well.

Further stretching my wishlist - I wish there was support for secondary monitors or even 3 monitor display so we could just task left and right pane view / screens to our 2nd and 3rd monitors. (or does the game already support that? Man, I hope I just missed that, would love to hook up my 3 monitor display to that)

**EDIT - omg , yes! Just read that Elite supports 3D monitor setups. Sweet. Now I just gotta find the willpower to log off long enough to re-hook up my 3 monitors to this gaming rig and setup nvidia surround/eyefinity
