We can insta-stealth-kill NPC guards with energy link device set to overload mode

-Sneak up behind the NPC's back
-Set your energy link to overload mode (default R key)
-You need to be close to NPC when target indicator is green
-And then shoot!
Done He's / she's dead from one shot!
