We conquered the territory but didn't occupy it?

Hi
I've captured the ground and all the points.

The game is of course broken , buggy and doesn't work at all.

After a glorious victory, the area is once again full of enemies and I am back in my original territory.

I tried other battles with auto-decision. Even though we won the overpower battle the map never gave me any ground.


While I lost, my territory was always taken by the enemy.

Not a bug, this is by design
When you get a "sweep" after capturing all objectives AND the enemy command trench you remove 1 star from the region (this is the same as when the enemy sweeps you) when all stars are removed the front is pushed back. The only reason You would of been pushed out of a territory is by
A: having no one in the territory to protect it
B: repeatedly being beaten by getting "sweeps" performed against you.
C: requesting a surrender (not to be mistaken for a cease fire)
I need more details on the before parts of you losing ground.

Not a bug, this is by design
When you get a "sweep" after capturing all objectives AND the enemy command trench you remove 1 star from the region (this is the same as when the enemy sweeps you) when all stars are removed the front is pushed back. The only reason You would of been pushed out of a territory is by
A: having no one in the territory to protect it

The game clearly spelled out that it was a big glory and we had conquered territory.
The in-game pictures don't work, so the photo record didn't save to the computer.
It's about maximizing points and taking out all the opponent's footholds.
I have done this several times that I have defeated an army and we never received any territory.
The enemy had neither a single soldier nor any strong points in the conquered territory.

We took everything by overwhelming odds.
All points changed color and we got the maximum number of points for the territory received. The game made that clear.

If they are going to beat me the enemy will IMMEDIATELY TAKE MY TERRITORY.
I have lost 1 round on 3 territories and the enemy has IMMEDIATELY Received all 3 of my territories every time

you can take a screenshot and upload pictures that way. When you defeat the enemy multiple times was that multiple victories one turn after another or did you spend a few turns building up. Did the AI attack your territory once, or did they attack the same tile from multiple different directions. Maybe you had machinery like tanks and planes but no infantry. Only infantry can innitiate a defence battle (almost lost the entire british expeditionary force that way one time)
An inconsequential detail to you may be vital information to me so the more detailed of a report you can give me, the easier it will be for me to find where the issue is.
Tell me everything that happens in the leadup to the territory conquest. Tell me the tiles taken, the units used, the number of battles there before the last one, how many units you have, what buildings, what spies
Tell me everything you can in as fine a detail as you can get

I'm going to reboot and take step-by-step photos.

But I think you're kidding me!

One battle took all of one game day. If 3 stars disappeared and you had to fight the battle 3 times, it would take 3 days of your life !!!

The enemy destroyed my infantry and captured the entire ground immediately the first time. But only once. He took 3 territories in total and each time the first time. My 3 conquered territories we didn't get even once even though they had no soldiers.
