By now, we all know that a little handiwork with the camera suite allows us to potter around in the equivalent of full VR when on legs in EDO (and it is great!). What we can't do is engage with the environment with tools etc without switching back to 2D. It seems pretty clear that the issue is frame rate etc. Full VR on legs is pretty jerky, but surely the VR community would accept full VR in beta knowing that issues with performance mean VR may never be anything more than sub-optimal. I'd take that.
