We Need A New Sub-Forum For Open Play Discussion

With the large number of threads cropping up in the Discussion Forum about PvP, Griefing, and risk management in the open play environment, there should be a sub-forum to handle all the message traffic, and a place those threads can be moved to.

I believe it would help the quality of discussion, and allow players who prefer open mode to have a dedicated area.

All modes are open to all players all the time so any form of segregation would just make the dissemination of information more difficult.
