We need a System Statistics tab

We need a tab for our colonies that shows the different stats within the system - standard of living, wealth, happiness, tech level, etc. Some level of visibility for them as well as, ideally, an explanation of what each one does for your system. Preferably using something precise like actual numbers instead of low/medium/high or the arrow bars we've currently got
