Hello! I posted this on reddit yesterday and several people suggested i should post this here, so here it is.
This is a copy paste of my reddit post.
Each station doesn't sell all available ship components, this means that you may be far away from where you can get a particular weapon or FSD, or like in my case, don't remember where you found it.
I want to try mining, but i'm hesitant to sell my guns because it took me a while to find them in the first place, and i don't remember where it was. If only i could store my guns while i'm not using them.
I've seen the "Buy-back" option, but it doesn't last forever. I'm not sure when exactly it goes away.
Alternatively, being able to bookmark stations and make notes about them would solve the problem. But i'd prefer to have both to be honest
Pen and paper solves this, and i will be using that from now on, or until they provide a better solution, it's just unnecessary. We're talking about a game with 400 billions stars, i don't know how bookmarking and note taking tools slipped their minds
