Yeah, not sure why it did that. Could be a hotlinking protection of some kind. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I provided the link to the image though.

Dunno but that remind me that atmospheric flight will not be a thing even next year...
Dude even no polupated, I would cry tear of joy just looking at this scenary !

Atmo will bring a whole new level of awesome to ED for me.
Especially if there are things to discover (and it doesn't even have to be plants/animals) :D

I'd love lifeless atmospheric world's.

That alone would be amazing.

But life? Totally awesome. But it'd be a lot of world to not end up like NMS.
Which is fine and all, but a bit too cartoony for me.
Although I did discover a planet full of pineapple type creatures, which was rather amusing to watch.

That does look very impressive.

Thinking about it, I'm not sure if ED really does sudden, radical, changes in topography.
You do get massive differences in elevation but it's always a gradual thing, such as in craters, or it's a fairly localised effect, such as in ravines.
It'd be nice if ED did create proper plateaus and glaciers with sudden elevation changes that covered large areas.

FWIW, here's a couple of pic's of my Anaconda creeping around in a ravine that was around 5km deep, a few days ago.
