We really need to deal will all the pirates in Cubeo. I think theres at least 3 of them, maybe more who knows, in cutters. I think they are from the Arissa Lavigny-Duval faction, maybe others too. They have basically set up camp stopping everyone, and doing it for weeks now. They are undermining our fortifying efforts.

What can we do to stop them?
