Currently, I'm running a 784t capacity Type 9, no shields, reactive armor, which I intend to thermal resist, and a heavy duty c2 HRP and auto-dock module and 2x turreted beams and pulse. Don't need a scoop, since I park my carrier near to whomever sells what I need. If I end up attacked? I'm so slow it wouldnt matter if I had 2X shield cell boosters and a 6C reinforced bi-weave anyway, for something like 350-400MJ. Hull tanking it is just as well, plus I have 2000 hulk health of "oops!" Bump protection.
