Weak Signal Source 700 Ly from sol in wregoe sector

Signal sources can be found up to 1000 ly from Sol. It was likely to be some pirates or a wreck with normal cargo to salvage.
I've been doing some armed exploration within the 1000 ly bubble and every USS/WSS i've investigated has been pirates or normal space junk.
