I'm sure I'm not the only one disappointed with the weapon optics currently in Odyssey. One major issue with most if not all of the weapon sights in the game have low picture quality and for some reason they are also pretty transparrent, and the color is doesn't stand out enough; In some cases you can't even see the sight picture on certain planets. Unfortunatley from what I've seen from the engineered scopes, this is still an issue. It also doesn't help that there are no actual iron sights in the game, everything is like a red dot, except not red, and hard to see. It would be nice if iron sights were at least an option, but the real issue is the quality of the current weapon optics.

Not sure about iron sights as even now they are becoming less of a thing, but I totally agree that the sight colour is awful. The semi-transparent pale blue sights offer little to no contrast in many situations. Brightly lit targets, especially those using torches make the sights virtually invisible and they also don't work well when using night vision.

Evandir is spot on, the muzzle blast washes out the reticle. Color options are needed.
