Hi,
what kind of weapon is able to self-guide (I do not know the correct english word; in german it is "nachführend")?

I find it extremely difficult to efficiently fight if you just hit the target if it is excatly focussed in the center of the view. Thx, Alex

Gimballed weapons will track a target that is in front of you, turreted weapons will track anything in their field of fire - generally both are weaker than the fixed fire versions of the same size.

Rocket launcher is self guided.

Gimballed. It has a cross like symbol next to the name in the outfitting screen.

Torpedoes and seeker misslies are both self-guided but require you to lock-on to your target before firing them.
