I've been experiencing weapons stowing/un-deploying for no reason whilst in a fight. (also does it when I fire weapons to test) it started approx 36 hrs ago. I am only using brtween 87-91% of my power when weapons deployed (python) I've been using python for over a year so know it is not that. thanks in advance

The only thing that I can think of is that your bindings have got messed up, and a button you are using as a firing one has become bound to deploy/stow hard points. Perhaps check that out?
Running out of power wouldn't stow your hard points anyway, it would just disable other modules.

This started before latest update everything was fine prior to 40+ hrs ago (unfortunatly untimely health issues stopped me till now to get back in the game and it's still doing it. I'm 2014 Premium beta player, so not experienced this issue in whole 2+ yrs
Besides a binding problem, it could also be a hardware issue like a button or internal wiring on your joystick/mouse/controller wearing out and starting to cause unwanted input. Best case, you can send it in under warranty and get it fixed or replaced. Or else just adjust your bindings to not use the problem button anymore. Worst case you need to buy a whole new piece of hardware.
