Weather Effects ( RCT3 had those!)

Hello,

as the title allready implies, id like to ask for the implementation of weather effects.
It doesnt need to be all realistic, but atleast an addition to the allready great atmosphere of the game.

Its allways sunny in planet coaster and even the most beautiful parks somehow become boring over time without weather effects.

Weather has such a huge impact on the motivation and long term playability, dont underestimate it!
Given the fact a lot of people play for hundreds of hours or are very immersed into the game, smth like weather effects would add to that and bind the players even more.

I hope you gonna add weather in a future expansion.
I personaly would even pay 10€ for just a weather dlc only lol.

Bo the community manager confirmed in the live stream for 1.4 with Sam Deney that weather wasn't in the plans. If you purchase the spooky DLC you can have lightning, clouds and rain.

Weather was discussed in the 1.4 livestream: https://youtu.be/ca4wLeARSwc?t=2501 as an answer to a question; Bo stated in the video "Weather is not coming" and Sam goes on a bit on why (this live stream was very good as it answers some other questions and you get some insights into the development challenges from Sam)

It has also been confirmed by Bo on my other post that weather is NOT in the current plans... Not ruled out forever, but not something we will see any-time soon
