Weather event: Heavy fog

I imagine this being a weather event that could happen anywhere, but I think it would be cool to have fog. Not just a haze in the morning, or after a heavy rain (a welcome touch in it's own right, to be sure), but a disaster level- Victorian London, Steven King's The Mist, "the veil is thin" heavy fog.
Effects:
-No damage to buildings like other storms, and no (immediate) need to open the bunkers, but...
-Visibility range on all galleries, platforms, and tour vehicles is reduced to 1/4; curbing the park's visibility rating and guest satisfaction.
-Ranger posts don't work and the player has to struggle to see anything other than sauropods in order to manually assign welfare checks. The player is effectively blinded to what their dinos are doing without making a considerable effort to overcome.
-In order to stay together, dinosaurs in packs and herds roar, hoot, and otherwise make a lot of noise to keep in constant communication with their herd. Sounds nice at first, but this cocaphony operates to passively deafen the player to that tell-tale thumping noise of an undetected rampage knocking down a fence. It's the quiet pack that is up to no good.
