Weather options in sandbox mode!

I noticed that the weather options in Sandbox are the same as in JWE1. It would be a good implement if there was the option to put rain/storm full time (since the current option only allows the arrival of rain/storm, but sometimes it takes time). Many players like to create specific scenes and sometimes we are left waiting for the ideal mood to arrive.
So please consider adding these options in sandbox mode!

Not just setting rain and storm full time in my opinion, they'd rather add on/off toggle option for rain and storms like they did for Day/Night cycle. The same idea can be applied to thunder and lightning that need to be added as well.
