Being able to control the weather of a ride, like lightning in the background or rain, obviously it will look like a big electronic back drop, not actual weather
hmm not sure if this will make the time to invest in making it vs outcome of how useful it is do-able. it will take alot of time to make this in game but the result wont be as impacting on the game as the time spent on it i guess. other than that +1
