It has only taken me a week to realise i can go into the weather tab bottom right and change the weather , I have it set now so occasionally it rains and actually makes it sensible with guests buying umbrellas and using them when needed

I just put heating so it encapsulates their shelters, then they're usually happy.

Hi SambePunkt, if you click on the weather icon down the bottom you can select the weather type you want - from left to right I think it is random (e.g. normal for biome), sunny, cloudy, rainy and snowy. Incidentally you can change the time of day as well.
The temperatures will drop but not to very low (I assume because of the biome we have in beta). Snow doesn't really settle much but you can add coolers if you want a properly snowy look. Hope that helps.
