Website for explored systems

I was wondering whether, until Frontier decide to implement this themselves, there is an external website that allows players to post exploration data on systems and "lay claim" to having been first to explore them? If so, I couldn't find it with a forum search I'm afraid, hence the question. If not, would this be something people might enjoy? You'd explore a system, take screenshots, post them to the website. It'd also let you see whether someone else got there before you!
