Weekly Assignment: Deliver ALD Corruption Reports Cannot be Completed

One of my weekly assignments requires me to deliver ALD Corruption Reports from Cartu to L 12-40. I'm at L 12-40 now with the reports in my ship inventory but the PP contact will not accept them (has them marked "Unavailable"). The reports are definitely from the correct named system and L 12-40 is definitely where I'm supposed to take them.

Anyone have any ideas how to complete this?

Unfortunately you can't - the systems are 22.7 LY apart, but Cartu's maximum range for Corruption Reports is 20 LY.
(This would work if Cartu was a Stronghold, but you can't strengthen it to that in time to complete the assignment)

You'll just have to ignore that task and hope you get better ones next week.

They've made this so complicated with so many gotchas and then the bugs complicate things even further, I feel my interest in PP 2.0 waning, and God knows how new players are supposed to navigate this.
