Good morning Commanders!
Irritatingly (but not unexpectedly) we were hit with a merit bomb three minutes before C131 ended on all four expansions, so none of them succeeded - although in at least one case it was pretty close.
It just means we'll have to try again.
For this cycle:
1) fortify
2) expand Kavalliyala, HIP 35246 and Kherthaje
3) prepare Chankates
4) vote Consolidation
As you can tell from last week's experience, it is important that we do not stop or slow down on the expansion deliveries. Just keep on trucking them back as fast as you can all week.
