Good morning Commanders!

We have prepared the system of Gally Bese for expansion.

I make no promises: this is likely to be a difficult job. The system only has a medium pad and it's a looooong (180k ls) way from the entry point. It will not be easy; it will require maximum effort from everyone taking part all through the week. So, please, give it your all. Fleets of Pythons will be required to keep ahead.

The closest controlled system is Kaukhe.

Other than that, please fortify as normal.

Hi,

A quick question if I may (putting it here as I'm AD pledged and would only be doing this for her), but how do you calculate whether a system is worthy of prep? I can see a CC value per system on the galmap but is that the CC value including the exploited systems 'bubble' around that system if expanded to or is that just for that system? As presumably it's the whole exploited system bubble that counts, how do you determine if a system is worth it or not?

It's easy to see nowadays. The figures are for the potential sphere; there are three values displayed - income, upkeep and potential profit/loss, which is the important one. You will see, for example, that Gally Bese has a potential profit of 10CC per week, where HIP 1572, which somebody keeps preparing despite our best efforts, makes a loss of 41CC per week.
