Sigh. Yes, Simyr is back on the Expansion list. No, we still don't really want it - those triggers would make Jack Burton himself think twice about hauling there - but at least having it prepared stops any other, less savoury Powers moving in for another week.
But, no expanding it! For this week just:
1) Fortify as per the Trello
2) Vote Consolidation - it would be nice not to need a blocker, although Simyr filled the role admirably last cycle.
3) Keep an eye out for changes in the plans later on in case we need to adapt.
