Hail, CMDRS!
We have finally had to make the tough decision and allow Chnumar to become a Control System. Though we have fought its acquisition admirably for months now, the call had to be made in order to allow us to start reclaiming the systems that had been stripped from our Power over this slow war of attrition with the fifth.
We have enough CC to re-stake our claim to most of the remaining profitable systems that were taken from us, so we will be using most of our resources this turn to secure those systems and set ourselves up to rebuild the cornerstones of our economy.
As always, the following is a list of suggested actions that we feel pilots pledged in service to Aisling Duval should consider enacting in order to best serve the needs of her administration.

Primary Objective: Preparation
We have more than enough CC to prepare two valuable systems this week. The targets we have chosen to start with are as follows:
Please Prepare:
HIP 95256
(Target #2 TBA, please focus on HIP 95256 at this time)

Secondary Objective: Expansion
We have succeeded in moving one of our old profitable control systems back into the Expansion phase, and we should now work hard to ensure that it returns to our domain. We should expect to have to push this system to several hundred times above its required triggers in order to ensure that it succeeds.

Do not expand HIP 115247 - we will be offering it up as a SCRAP target for the cycle.

Systems are fortified by collecting fortification materials from Cubeo only and delivering them to the target system.
^ Medium-pad outpost facilities only
= Medium pad outpost starport system, but with planetary bases with large pads available to CMDRs with Horizons. The system will need to be pinged with a Discovery Scanner before these bases are discoverable.
Do not fortify any systems that are already at 100% fortification. Remember the One-Ton Test: Drop 1t of fortification materials at the station first, and check to see if the trigger has already been met. If it has, please find another system to fortify instead!
Please report your contributions to fortification values in the Reports field of the Aisling Duval Slack.

As the target undermining systems can change and update daily, please register with the Aisling Slack to be provided with community undermining targets for this cycle.
