Good work on last week's excellent outcome, Commanders! We successfully achieved
exactly what we wanted.

Hail, CMDRS!Thank you so much to everyone who took note of our advice from last cycle and held back on their fortification efforts. As a result of that coordinated effort, we succeeded in achieving the best possible outcome from our turmoil - we lost the four deficit-producing systems that had been burdening our economy, and at the same time we managed to retain control of the Blod system.
This achievement will make it much easier for us to maintain healthy CC levels in future cycles, and save us millions of credits and hours of work in fortifications in order to break even. To everyone that helped this agenda, no matter how big or small your contribution, you have our sincerest thanks.
We have bounced back out of turmoil now and are sitting comfortably on 173 CC for this cycle, so we will be mixing forts and preps throughout the week to make sure we can keep on track with our objectives.
As always, the following are a list of suggested actions, assembled through the collaboration of the Aisling Duval community, that we feel will best serve the needs of our Princess's administration.

Primary Objective: Preparation
This week we are setting our sights once again on Conii, as it is still the best system left for us to claim in our area of space.
Please Prepare:
Systems are Prepared by collecting Preparation Materials from any Aisling Duval Control System and delivering them to the target system.

Secondary Objective: Targeted Fortification
A static list of fortification targets for the cycle is provided below. Alternatively, you can click here to be taken to the Aisling Duval trello page where this and other cycle objectives are tracked and routinely updated by members of the community to ensure their accuracy.

Systems are fortified by collecting fortification materials from Cubeo only and delivering them to the target system.
^ Medium-pad outpost facilities only
= Medium pad outpost starport system, but with planetary bases with large pads available to CMDRs with Horizons. The system will need to be pinged with a Discovery Scanner before these bases are discoverable.
Do not fortify any systems that are already at 100% fortification. Remember the One-Ton Test: Drop 1t of fortification materials at the station first, and check to see if the trigger has already been met. If it has, please find another system to fortify instead!
Please report your contributions to fortification values in the Reports field of the Aisling Duval Slack.

As the target undermining systems can change and update daily, please register with the Aisling Slack to be provided with community undermining targets for this cycle.

We were in turmoil last cycle, and thus we have no system to expand into this week.
Systems are Expanded by collecting Expansion Materials from the system that is being Expanded, and delivering them to any Aisling Duval Control System.
