Powerplay Faction: Aisling Duval Weekly Objectives for Cycle 82

Good morning Commanders!

Last week seemed to be a fairly quiet week in Powerplay - I have not heard of any major actions either for or against us. Despite that we have moved up into second place with both Torval and Hudson in turmoil, so I think we can guess where the undermining attention was instead.

It may be that people are busy elsewhere - what with the upcoming holiday break for some parts of the world and several Community Goals running, including the long-distance one to Colonia which the Prismatic Imperium is taking part in to build Aurora Colony for the Princess's ideals.

Servers are back up - we have a rather relaxing 105CC this cycle.

If you want to get an early start then as usual a few fortification targets are encouraged, for example Wulwula, Undines, Blod, Chankates, Rutujil or HIP 105391.

The finalised objectives will be posted on Reddit and copied here when ready once the numbers wizards have done their magic dance.

Never ever fortify: Clido Pi, Chnumar, Daibo, Grebegus, HIP 10786, Karsuki Ti, Kuki An, Lambda-1 Tucanae, Okua'gsa, Panganau. You will make baby Aisling cry.

- we have a rather relaxing 105CC this cycle.

The prep blocker objective on trello, "Xuanec" costs 106 CC, so is not possible. I unloaded preps at nearby "Hou Tuba" (91 CC, Extraction outpost) instead

Systems are fortified by collecting Program (fortification) materials from Cubeo only and delivering them to the target system.

Do not fortify any systems that are already at 100% fortification. Remember the One-Ton Test: Drop 1t of fortification materials at the station first, and check to see if the trigger has already been met. If it has, please find another system to fortify instead!

Greetings Commanders, does anybody know why Cubeo is in lockdown?

Enemy players, at a guess.

Why is a bit harder. Heaven knows Cubeo seems to be a favourite haunt of seal clubbers but they're usually not interested in NPCs and killing players shouldn't increase lockdown as far as I understand these things. Maybe someone from an enemy faction is merit farming. Although, really, you would hope that any Power capital would have enough security to make that difficult (unless you knew this game, that is).
