Powerplay Faction: Aisling Duval Weekly Objectives for Cycle 94

Good morning Commanders!

This week has seen an unusual amount of combat activity for us: not only the usual PP activities, but two other side operations have begun.

In Yaque various commanders have lost patience with the chronic Fifth Column and declared a no-fly zone, patrolling it to prevent preparation as far as possible. Any unauthorised AD pledged commander who enters the system at the moment runs the risk of being intercepted and destroyed with no questions asked - harsh, perhaps, but after months of asking people nicely to stop it with little effect it should come as no surprise that this stage has been reached.

Elsewhere, in the Yan Musu sphere a minor war has broken out to remove Ekondhri from the control of the renegade ex-Imperial faction known as the Black Hand. Sadly it appears that various otherwise loyal Imperial commanders may have been misled by the game mechanics into mistakenly supporting the Empire's enemies - so, just to be clear, we are supporting Ekondhri Netcomms (a Corporate faction, with neutral impact on us) against the Black Hand of Jaaka, which is Feudal and therefore has a negative impact on our system.

Sadly the Imperial CG in Prism barely reached tier 3, possibly because the destination was 300,000 ls from the entry point. Oh, well.

Please vote again for Consolidation this week. Yaque is still an issue.

If you want to get an early start then as usual a few fortification targets are encouraged, for example Wulwula, Undines, Blod, Chankates, Rutujil or HIP 105391.

The finalised objectives will be posted on Reddit and copied here when ready once the numbers wizards have done their magic dance.

Never ever fortify: Clido Pi, Chnumar, Daibo, Grebegus, HIP 10786, Karsuki Ti, Kuki An, Lambda-1 Tucanae, Okua'gsa, Panganau. You will make baby Aisling cry.

Fly safe, commanders!

Randomly killing all AD pledged commanders in this system is just ganking. Don't make any excuse for this. The 5C people and those who have the knowledge but ignore won't do that in open. In open you will only find some new commanders that don't know all the things like we do. There are already many people who think, that the AD-slack is just a murder group. I can only appeal to be more carefully there. 5C can't be countered this way, but this is an issue long known and Frontier ignores......just don't kill randomly AD pledged cmdrs there.

Yan Musu Sphere has a decreased fortification Trigger even that we as Black Hand as feudel Faction control Ekhondri. Don't tell lies! This is just a personal Vendetta. We ARE an imperial Faction and the support of independent Factions in this system are hostile actions against the Empire.
You could have chosen an other imperial Faction, for example Ekhondri Patrons Principles that controled system before us, however. Our presence there doesn't affect Aisling Powerplay in any way. Don't tell Lies! We will kill every commander caught supporting independent Factions in our systems.
Ah and when we already talk about.....what has Aisling Powerplay to do with uncontroled systems? Your commanders attack also independent systems........so just another lie. Don't make powerplay an excuse for this personal conflict and stop misleading AD people to attack a Playerfaction just because it is in your personal Favour. Instead come over and do it yourself.....ah i've forgotten.....your Clipper isn't that strong and you were 2 times highwaking after i have attacked you :D sad.....don't ask other people to do what you can't do yourself

Choose wisely and fly safe out there cmdrs, imperial Allieds are always welcome in our Systems

The CG in Prism also had ridiculously high tiers. People there collected three times as much materials as at the other CG, and yet the other one is on its 6th tier.

Your group interdicted me in Ekondhri two months ago, claiming that it's a no-fly zone (even though it's a system loyal to Aisling Duval). Majority of people who were there threatening me weren't even pledged to Aisling.

It was also running 2 weeks and not only 1. But you are right, the amount of Tantalum is insane, we reached about 10mil tonnes and yet only tier 3.

Maybe you should next time respond to our questions? During a war, it is dangerous to not respond to the question about your business there. And if we don't hear an answer or don't like the answer, than for sure we will apply the No-Fly zone, especially during this playerdriven war. ;)

You are a FAKE Imperial faction, dedicated to harming Aisling Duval powerplay.

Nice statement, comes from someone flying a Corvette in a CZ fighting for an Independent Faction
Better look at this 5C in Yaque instead at us, there you will find the real enemys.

If you want to get technical about it, I low waked, not high waked. And it is hardly a surprise that as a non-PVP player my Clipper is not as strong as the Corvette you were flying. I was pleasantly surprised not to be staring at a rebuy screen.

Anyway, despite what you say,the war is not personal, at least as far as I am concerned. Monitoring the sphere for the last year or so has made it clear that the feudal faction would need to be removed from control of Ekondhri no matter who it belonged to. There are at least two reasons I can see for this, one immediate and one long-term.

It would have been nice to settle this without having to fight over it.

Except I was in Aisling territory. You really didn't expect a response when you're pulling AD CMDRs out of supercruise, in AD territory? It's not a very good recruiting tactic either, I can tell you that.

The Feudal faction is a playerfaction. Who are you, to decide that playerfactions have to be removed? Your 2 reasons are nothing! If you would say "because i don't like you" the reason would have more weight :D This will not go without a fight and even if you would push us out of there....we would return. Ekondhri belings to us, it doesn't hurt powerplay in any way and never did and so you have nothing to say here. Spend your time somewhere else. There are more than 60 controlsystems where you can flip government where it would be NECESSARY and where it would make sense. Just go away, we will stay in ekondhri no matter what you are doing.

This is nothing that belongs to powerplay since we have ZERO impact on this sphere and you shouldn't abuse powerplay objectives for your personal Vendetta.

Ekondhri belings to us

Well, that's what this war is about.

it doesn't hurt powerplay in any way and never did

On the contrary, it was having a sustained and deleterious effect on other systems in the sphere, which is why the faction needs to be removed from control of the commodity market.

Just go away, we will stay in ekondhri no matter what you are doing

As far as I'm concerned you can stay in it all you like so long as your Feudal faction doesn't control it. Other players though may not feel so generous.

Weekly Objectives for Cycle 94

__________________________________________________

Hail, CMDRS!

Consolidation continues to reward us by denying deficit systems from moving into Expansion, and we remain in the Top 3 for another week as a result. Thank you to everybody that contributed to our fortification priorities - your efforts are paying dividends not only in protecting our systems for the current cycle, but also in making it harder for our systems to be undermined in the following cycle thanks to Consolidation. Until we can create more opportunities for positive expansions, we will be aiming to continuing Consolidating our space.

Please vote for Consolidation this cycle!

FORTIFICATION

Click here to be taken to the Aisling Duval trello page where fortification and other cycle objectives are tracked and routinely updated by members of the community to ensure their accuracy.

If you do not wish to use the Trello, a static list of targets to fortify is provided below. Bear in mind that this list will not be updated routinely, and it is best to consult either the Trello or in-game to ensure that these systems have not already reached their fortification totals.

Fortification is our only major priority for this turn - please aim to have all of these systems completed as the week progresses.

DO NOT FORTIFY ANY OTHER SYSTEMS UNLESS THESE OBJECTIVES ARE UPDATED TO SHOW OTHERWISE.

Systems are fortified by collecting Program (fortification) materials from Cubeo only and delivering them to the target system.

Do not fortify any systems that are already at 100% fortification. Remember the One-Ton Test: Drop 1t of fortification materials at the station first, and check to see if the trigger has already been met. If it has, please find another system to fortify instead!

Please report your contributions to fortification values in the Reports field of the Aisling Duval Slack. __________________________________________________

UNDERMINING/SCRAP

Please consult the AD Slack to see if there are any systems that are appropriate for Undermining/Opposing.

Nice statement, coming from someone whose buddies are currently pledged to Li Yong Rui, getting their merits for an Independent power, doing nothing to help the Empire over there. Unless they're planning to 5C there too? The Black Hand has a history of 5Cing Aisling, so the guys who are still pledged AD are probably prepping Yaque in private.

Cmdr PulsarShark, the last time I remember, your Clipper were equipped with Pack-hound missiles, please enlightened me on how you obtained such a fine weaponry? This is why day by day I'm more and more convinced the horsemen of AA are nothing but liars and hypocrites. But hey thanks for proving my point dear cmdr. [yesnod]
