Things got slightly hairy for us this weekend as the Consolidation vote dropped dangerously close to 75%.
With the usual stupendous amount of misdirected preparation being put into Yaque, for a while it looked like we were in real danger of it going into Expansion. In response to this several of our more dedicated commanders engaged in an old-style preparation war to rush a blocker target up to rival it.
Fortunately in the final hours of the cycle the vote drifted back up to 77% and we were able to relax a bit, although by normal standards this was still a bit on the low side.
Anyway, the long and the short of it is - please vote again for Consolidation this week!
At the same time, we have selected Zochna as a preparation target. It has large pads at Khan Terminal. The closest system from which you can pick up preparation materials is HIP 35246, where there are large pads at Extra Station.
If you want to get an early start then as usual a few fortification targets are encouraged, for example Wulwula, Undines, Blod, Chankates, Rutujil or HIP 105391.
The finalised objectives will be posted on Reddit and copied here when ready once the numbers wizards have done their magic dance.
Never ever fortify: Clido Pi, Chnumar, Daibo, Grebegus, HIP 10786, Karsuki Ti, Kuki An, Lambda-1 Tucanae, Okua'gsa, Panganau. You will make baby Aisling cry.
