PaulsLey will be streaming some Planet Zoo on Twitch! Learn some tricks, and get some inspiration, from a master builder.

We'll be hosting 8bit_Josh, who'll be playing Planet Zoo. Josh is currently working on a highly-detailed Arctic zoo!

We're looking forward to hosting SJYoung for some more Planet Zoo goodness!

This Friday we're hosting MekkUWorld who's diving into Jurassic World Evolution once again. His stream is the perfect place to round out the week and hang out with some fun and relaxed people.

I'm assuming (what am I thinking!) that an email will deliver the Dev Diary, and will include an advert for the stream. At least that's what I'd do.

Anyway, as long as OA watches the stream a few thousand eliters will be updated ;)

Yes, that is a good catch. :) It wasn't clear, but based on Stephen's language, it looks like they will release a Dev Diary (somehow), announcing it on social media. Then in addition to that they will do a Discovery Scanner style stream at the time you mention.

For those wondering, these are the Discovery Scanner streams they've done in the past.
