Weird bip sound when I press CTRL / WIN / ALT

Hi,

I got a weird sound (only for Elite Dangerous) when I press CTRL / WIN / ALT and it is not the remanent keys of Windows 10. This also appear in menu and ingame :

don't press CNTRL WIN ALT would be my guess

My game started to freeze (this was never happening before, I got 150 hours), I find why :

But I always have this sound on CTRL or ALT or SHIFT (on keyup, keywon don't make a sound)

OK. That was the Radeon Software with the setting Radeon Anti-Lag !

The last week-end, I switched the standard profil to gaming profil. I come back to the standard profil with all setting false.
