Weird glitch at world of death?

Hello, currently I'm on exploration, how long, and where I was isn't important.

Yesterday I visited Monde de la Mort with intention of landing on planet for some good screens. When I arrived to system I seen, that planet is far enough to land. Good for me. After glide I flew here for few minutes. When I finally tried to land (I was at alt 20km above planet, if it is important) I started receive warning about critical damages, because planet entered into dwarf cone. So obviously my first reaction was "ok, time to logout, this planet has short year, so after few minutes I will return).

Aaaannnd...

When I launched game I seen it...

I was INSIDE cone, when planet was 2ls away.

How?

Why I'm inside cone. Why planet leaved me, if I was at such low altidue? Only landed ships are save?

Or maybe should, and it is some weird "feature"? Cone instance is more important than planetary instance?

At the end- don't be stupid like me, just land here ASAP (it isn't my first visit here, last time when I landed, and waited for entering into cone I logged out, and returned later- it worked, and I taken off)

when you exist in an overlap or on the border of two relative bodies, the game engine will pick one to reference you under and sometimes get it wrong.

I think we saw this frequently in stations back in the day where they were in close proximity to a planet or moon or so. Where you could re-instance and have the station moving away from you at crazy speeds, because instead of being attached to the station, you got attached to the planet/moon.

So yea, i would think the cone has a precedence factor that caused your re-instancing to attach to it, rather than the planet since you were in it when you disconnected.
