Weird launcher issue/"purchase" button instead of launch

Hi!

I just started the launcher and for the first few tries, the launcher did not start the game, but only showed a "purchase" button, where the "Launch" button would normally be. The "purchase" button did try to link me to he following page (don't click it, the broswer shows a virus warning)

Is this maybe a server backend that showed up because of a server issue, or did the normal store page get hijacked? The game did start normally after restarting the launcher the fifth time.
