It's a bug, unfortunately. Close the map and reopen it, that usually clears it up.

yes I just noticed.. I like bugs like this, its fun to see.

It's a bug that's been around for a long time now. I do wish FD could figure out how to fix it, but it doesn't really seem to hurt anything.
