Weirdest system yet: Brigus

So, just stumbled upon this:

Screenshot_0097.jpg

This place has:

7 gas giants, one with no rings

6 ice worlds, 1 *with* rings

35 moons

1 big station

- All of the above are orbiting a small gas giant and a smaller ice world locked together in a single orbit.

Then there are two stars, orbiting one another, no connection to the above, with 6 metal rich planets, and god knows how many belts.

And the real kicker?
It's all pre-charted. No exploration data to sell. BAH HUMBUG.

Looks like they're orbiting the centre of mass for the system, not the gas giant. The Centre of gravity is between the two stars, the gas giant is just the innermost body orbiting it.

Yeah, it's looking that way when I head out to a fair old distance. Such a clutter of orbits though; gas giants orbiting gas giants, with moons everywhere.

As a pleasant surprise, the big, solitary station is offering 12 ship types. Given that this place is on the edge of populated space, I'd recommend this as a good "base camp" for explorer-types.

Also, there's a weird very-very-very blue star in the sky here. I'm pretty sure it's not in-system, but I've never seen any distant star with that colour. It's like... a deep violet. Not blue-white, not purple. Not sure what that is.
