I've been playing in ED since May, but decided to start forum account only now.
I've never played original Elite games, but spent quite a long and joyful time playing Privateer. When I've read ED game description, the time between reading last sentence and decision to buy ED could be mesured in miliseconds

I went mostly for trading/exploration and I'm having great time playing this game. I hope FD will make ED better and even more enjoyable with every upcoming update.
