Hey there Commanders. Sorry to hear your flight clearance has currently been revoked however I'm sure you're all brimming with excitement about finally being cleared to detach your landing restraints and shoot off into the black.
I'm not sure how long it will be before the Player groups sub-forum for PS4 will be created, but I wanted to introduce ourselves to you, and offer to answer any questions you may have about the game as it stands.
We started our PBSF player group for Xbox One and we launched fairly soon after Elite hit the Game Preview Program. It took off pretty quickly, and soon we moved from being an "Elite Dangerous Player Group" to a community which enjoys all sorts of gaming together, and part of that of course included opening up to all platforms, including yourselves

Regarding Elite specifically, we have around 400 members currently, and though of course some pilots come and go, we're still growing steadily with a lot of active, and very friendly members.
We're an in game faction, with a home system and expansion plans, end we enjoy running community events for the whole Elite fanbase, and we're proud to say we're one of only two console focused player groups which is rated Triple Elite by Frontier
the video above is a little of our "propaganda" but basically we think gaming should be fun, and while we enjoy a mature atmosphere (18+ only) and have a zero tolerance policy against discrimination, we don't have any rules on how skilled anybody has to be, or how many hours you have to put in without fear of "being booted from the group".
