The Titan visiting party is over lol, which is probably a good idea. Keeps everyone playing and makes the content last longer. It's also fun and gives the community a great goal to focus on.
I tried a few builds to see how much damage I could get, and it is in line with the others. I am getting between 700,000 and 900,000 credits with 6 vents in solo. I am guessing once defenses are down you'll get close to the 2 mil you'll need during the last week of its existence. With a group, you'll need 4+ people to take it down to 0%.
You don't need FA off to get these numbers or to hit 6 vents, although it helps slightly. It's all about getting lucky with positioning yourself back up top near the core the instant it spawns and is in range. I haven't used a Heat Sink for days. Just don't need them with the Beam laser. I have them equipped just in case.
The nice thing about this is you don't need to farm any Thargoid mats. Doing it in Open is fun too, as long as they can work on the instancing bug. Not easy with thousands of players all trying to do it at the same time.
I used a Cutter with FA on in the video below to show that even that slow beast can do it. You can still get 6 vents and max out to 73% ish if you get lucky on vents and positioning.
