Well if the Planet Zoo Animals can end up in MS Flight Sim 2024, will Elite get them as well?

I hope this means Elite can get some full Atmo planets with animals as well at some point!

You know, I read an article many years ago, long before ED was announced. It was discussing RC3's (IIRC) crowd mechanics and how it lent its self to some feature in the next Elite game. So, even back then there was talk of tech / features from one title making its way into another seemingly unrelated one.

Planets in ED teeming with life would be pretty cool to see, don't know what gameplay they'd add - plenty of options - but just the emersion of buzzing a field of cattle analogues in a spaceship would be pretty cool.
