Well that's a first in the Launcher (??!) What gives ?

Launcher is suddenly asking me to "Purchase" instead of giving the standard Launcher Options.

What/how/why (??)
Anyone got a fix for that?

An until now unclaimed Earth-like world above the horizon of its nearby moon - sadly not a terraformable or similar.

I should note that I agree not to use exploration data for engineers generally.
It's slow and better used for permits imo.
