Was wondering something... Do you need to sell 25 of each three thingies or you can sell 10 of 1, 10 of other and 5 of third?

ED Odyssey Material application says: "Sell 25 total units of CE, ME and\or CM to Bartenders". This and\or is a bit confusing.

Then what is it? Right after release the situation was different. The unlocking mechanism changed, the wording never did.
