Yes this is a bug with update 11.
Now i selled to the bartender 10 culinary recipes for unlock Rosa Dayette and don't work. Now I reporting this to the developers.

I've had a reply from fdev about one of my commanders in which they say that these sort of unlocks are an issue at the moment.
No doubt linked in some way to bartender trading being enabled on Fleet Carriers?
I would say theres no point selling these unlock items at the moment.

Today it hit me too, Wellington Beck wasn't unlocking after selling the 25 data. After reading this thread, I've opened an support ticket.
They've reacted quite fast, especially for a sunday, confirmed that it's a bug and corrected things for me on server-side.
Now I've got access to Wellington Beck, thanks to support!

How did you get a response from fdev? Did you go via the issue tracker? They havent responded to me at all (yet).

haven't seen it in the latest patch notes. But I have send an issue request with the above link. Thanks.

Will not only eat, but sleep well - alll colonioal engineers open. Started 2 open bubble ones when ~3 month ago found 1 defence plan, the first from Odyssey launch. Having in mind that I am flying regullaty... Was half-sure that defence plan - it's something like cheat. 7 were given by friends, 7 managed to purchace on carriers. Hope, will be fixed.
