Were you affected by the recent server issue?

A recent server issue caused some people to lose a lot while trading. Were you affected by this?

The only issues I experienced were the occasional disconnections from the game/getting stuck in hyperspace. I didn't lose or gain a single credit fortunately but I read that some people had a lot of issues.
 
I didn't hear about anyone else losing credits and I lost none, how about option 5, or do you stop at counting at your thumbs.

So...#3 or #4? Christ, no wonder this forum is such a battleground when simple reading and understanding skills are so lacking!

i have a 10 day old buggy server/lost money ticket ticket that hasnt even been answered......ten days .....support my rear end.dev can say what he wants but ....support for the game...hardly
 
I was reloading shield cells and I paid for them, went into outfitting to check on something, cam back out and they were empty again, Refilled. went into systems, modules and they were empty. Bought reloads about five times. Last time seemed to stick so I left the station, heade off to my local anarchy and promptly engaged an anaconda. When the stuff hit the fan reached for my shield cells..... Empty!!

Haven't played since. Probably only down thousands, not millions.
 
I lost between 2 and 3 million as I just spent it on a cobra and a load of upgrades


Im starting to get annoyed now as I submitted a ticket on the 30th and today is day 6 with no response

Someone mentioned to me they heard back after 4 days when they submitted a ticket AFTER me

All I said was that it crashed when I docked and now crashes when selecting open play or solo, another player with the same problem said he looked through the error report and found that the server database wasn't recognising his account

All I'm asking for is a response even if it's saying "we will move your ship or roll back your save when the Devs are back" which is exactly what I asked them to do for me

I could clear my save, but what's the point when this might happen again and I'll have to keep starting again

I'll have to wait I guess, but I'm not happy at all right now

For those of you who lost credits but it wasn't "millions", just vote #1

Well that doesn't make for a very informative poll now does it. Change the option to "I lost credits...." instead of "I lost millions...." and it becomes less misinformative, otherwise you've got a result claiming that lots of people lost millions when they actually didn't. And right now, option #1 just comes across as a foot-stomping mouth-frothing tantrum.

Still waiting to hear back from frontier. Lost a good bit and not happy but it doesn't help that apparently some people are getting money back when I haven't so much as got any updates from them.
 
I lost so many millions from this, selling cargo and not getting paid and just straight losing cargo all together. I have made a ticket before they said that they went and sorted people out of losing credits but sadly I was not sorted out. My ticket number is #00000020991 for any staff willing to help :(
 
There was a server issue?
Can't say I know how much money I did have to be sure nothing changed, didn't realise anyone had problems.
